It was a newly renovated and top quality hotel, nothing too much trouble, would recommend. The location was perfect, really close to the very centre of the Santa Cruz, and close to means transportation. Really enjoyed the rooftop bar.

Stylish place, it was fairly clean and had absolutely fantastic and lovely staff especially at the reception desk and especially the reception named Diego. We had an excellent breakfast, appreciated the meal with labelled foods.

The hotel was fairly clean and the breakfast was excellent. Had soundproof windows, coffee, and a phone in my comfortable room. The employees of the venue were absolutely fantastic and lovely. Having different warm drinks in the roof top bar was a very nice touch.
